Esquel

Esquel, Chubut Province, Patagonia.

Our base for the weeks boarding in the nearby resort of La Hoya, 20 km away. We were all surprised how big a town it was (it actually has a population of 30,000), as we had all imagined it more as a tiny village. Having said that, there is still a real frontier town feel to it.
